Description:

R.S.V.P's Rotary Food Mill has just been rated a "best buy" by Cook's Illustrated. According to Cook's Illustrated it produced, "gorgeous puree" and was deemed, "very easy to turn". Food mills allow you to puree by pressing food through a sieve, keeping out seeds or skin. It creates a denser puree than a food processor because it doesn't incorporate air which makes it perfect for making applesauce and tomato sauce. It even fits snugly over a bowl to make the milling process more comfortable.
