Description: Portion Scoops are commercially designed dishers coming in array of sizes, great for portion control in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Color coded handles indicate ounce capacity and correspond to the number of scoops it takes to equal 1 quart or 32 fluid ounces; a fluid ounce is equal to 2 tablespoons. Portion Scoops are used for cookie dough, tuna salad, mashed potatoes or anything else your creativity can muster. Features include an easy to squeeze Stainless steel crank and bowl and a Bakelite handle. Choose from the sizes below which range from 4 1/3 oz to 2/3 oz. Our Black handled #30 scoop is the preferred model for cookie dough.
