The set includes an 8" square aluminized steel baking pan, chrome wire holding rack, and four 6oz porcelain ramekins to sit inside the holding rack. Just whisk your ingredients, fill pan just under halfway with water, place ramekin cups into the wire rack and pour your mixture evenly into the four cups. Then you can easily transport to and from oven. After cooling, sprinkle with sugar, and return the ramekins to the rack and pan and place under the broiler until the sugar melts. So Easy!
