Cuisinart's Griddler Jr. is engineered for versatility, performance, and easy cleanup! The Griddler Jr. is compact in size for easy storage, while taking up little counter space to prepare a wide variety of meals. The nonstick grill plates and adjustable housing offer 3 different cooking options. It opens to a full size grill for indoor grilling when the weather outside isn't cooperating. In the closed position, the Griddler Jr. features a floating hinge which adjusts for use as a panini press or a contact grill for meats and veggies. The controls are easy to use and regulate and spouts at the corner of the cooking plates allow excess grease to drain into drip cups. Best of all, the pop-out plates are easy to remove and dishwasher safe. Recipe book included.
