CucinaPro's Raviolamp Ravioli Maker is the fast and easy way to make homemade ravioli. The Ravioli Maker is a two piece set which includes a stainless steel tray that shapes your favorite pasta recipe into 12 perfect square ravioli's with rounded tops. Just place a sheet of dough over the Raviolamp making sure it overlaps the cutting edges. With the forming plate, gently apply light down-ward pressure to form pockets. Then push a teaspoonful of your favorite filling to the bottom of each cavity. Then cover with a second sheet of dough, press down firmly, and with a rolling pin lightly roll in both directions. Turn the tray upside down and you have perfect, homemade ravioli.
