Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.



Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.  However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. 


Q: What shipper do you use?
A: We use United States Postal Service and UPS.  It depends on the item you order, it's weight, and size.  We recommend including both your P.O. Box and street address. 

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We do NOT ship internationally through this website.  We Do ship internationally through our Ebay store: Stores.ebay.com/Kitchen-Gadgets-And-Gifts

Q: How quickly will you ship my order?
A:  Most orders are processed and shipped the next business day.  We will notify you with an email containing the tracking number, shipper, and date of your shipment.

Q: Can you send me a catalog?
A: Sorry, at this time we do not have a catalog.  Our only catalog is virtual, wouldn't Al be proud?

Q:  How can I find a Promo Code?
A:  Like us on facebook to be notified of new Promo Codes, or join our email list and we will let you know when we are having a special sale.
