Return/Exchange Policy

Most unopened items in new condition and returned within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange. Receipt is required for a refund or exchange. Discounted Final Sale items are not returnable. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a packing slip or receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. All bundled items must be returned with all components for a full refund.

Return Items to our Store

If you're returning your item to LaBelle’s General Store, bring the item you'd like to return to Customer Service along with all of the following:

Return Items by Mail

If you’re returning your item to dennisportgeneralstore.com, please use the return address on the packing list. Original shipping and handling fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the value of your refund unless the return is a result of our error. Please include the following:

Refunds

The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund. Original shipping and handling fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the value of your refund unless the return is a result of our error. Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment originally used for purchase.
